Privacy Policy

Effective 31 July 2026.

This policy explains what personal data ynnoova collects, why, and how it is handled, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What information we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to share it with us, through the consultation booking form on this site. The form asks for your full name, email address, school or organisation, role, and a short description of what you would like to discuss. We do not collect any personal data automatically through cookies, analytics, or tracking tools at this time.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange and prepare for a consultation, and, where relevant, to deliver any engagement you go on to book with us. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Legal basis for processing

We process your information on the basis of your consent, given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries about our services.

Where your information is stored

Information submitted through our forms is stored on our website’s hosting infrastructure and is not shared with any third-party marketing or analytics service.

How long we keep your information

We keep the information you submit for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement and a reasonable period afterwards for our own record-keeping. If you would like your information deleted sooner, contact us at [email protected].

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is seen only by ynnoova’s founders, who are responsible for responding to your enquiry.

Cookies

This website does not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information
  • Ask us to delete your information
  • Ask us to restrict how we use your information
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
  • Object to how we use your information
  • Lodge a complaint with your relevant data protection authority, such as the California Attorney General’s office

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
