Who leads this work
Co-Founder — Strategic & Curriculum Leadership and AI Governance & Capability
An international IB educator with more than ten years’ experience across schools in Europe and the United States, spanning the Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the Diploma/Career-related Programmes (DP/CP). As an IB Educator Network (IBEN) member for over a decade, they have led workshops and contributed to curriculum quality assurance, working on both sides of the relationship: inside schools and within the IB’s own evaluation network. Before moving into education, they managed IT for a corporate company, a background that carried through their school leadership roles, progressing from subject coordinator and team leader, through technology leader and head of department, to senior leadership as head of a school section, and now shapes their focus on creating technology-rich learning environments in schools. They bring direct experience of IB accreditation and verification processes, as well as CIS evaluation, and hold an MBA, combining an educator’s judgement with a business leader’s discipline. At ynnoova, they lead both Strategic & Curriculum Leadership and AI Governance & Capability, helping schools align AI adoption with accreditation standards rather than generic best practice.
Co-Founder — Strategic & Curriculum Leadership (co-lead)
An international IB educator with more than twenty years’ experience across schools in Europe and the United States, working across all three IB programmes: the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP), and the Diploma/Career-related Programmes (DP/CP). As an IB Educator Network (IBEN) member for over a decade, they have served as a workshop leader, school visitor, and consultant, and have led accreditation processes and built quality curriculum from the inside of school leadership. Their roles have spanned subject coordinator, IB coordinator, head of year, and head of section, across both small and large schools, giving them a rare breadth of perspective on how curriculum and accreditation standards play out at every level of a school. Throughout, they have been a technology- and AI-driven educator, consistently bringing new tools and approaches into the classroom and into school-wide practice well ahead of the field. At ynnoova, they co-lead Strategic & Curriculum Leadership, helping schools translate AI adoption into curriculum and accreditation decisions that hold up to scrutiny.
How we extend beyond two people
Two founders create a natural limit on capacity and expertise. Rather than stretch thin or turn away work outside our own direct experience, ynnoova is structured to extend through a small, clearly defined network, so every engagement still meets the same standard.
Associate consultants
Vetted specialists who deliver client work directly under the ynnoova name, brought in for expertise beyond the founders’ own, such as inclusion and SEN, data and analytics, or a specific accrediting body. Associates are vetted to the same standard as the founders and bound to ynnoova’s own quality and confidentiality commitments, and are described publicly as “ynnoova Associate,” never as a founder.
Advisory board
Named experts who lend credibility and occasionally contribute content, such as a webinar or a framework review, without delivering client engagements directly. Listed publicly as “Advisor to ynnoova.”
Referral partners
Specialist firms and tools we refer clients to for needs outside our own scope. Referral partners are not part of ynnoova, and any referral is disclosed to the client.
